CHURCH OF THE HOLY SACRAMENT
This 18th-century church was closed for over two decades before it was restored and reopened to the public in 2009. It's the only one in Lisbon facing East where the sun rises and the only one where mass is still conducted in Latin on Sunday afternoon.
What most stands out in the 18th-century baroque interior are the ceiling paintings.
Project
Conservation and restoration of the walls and ceiling.
